You will report to the team lead in the EU region.Your Impact

Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving queries and technical issues promptly.Guide clients through implementation and configuration to meet their accounting needs.Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, collaborating with development teams.Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.Utilize your accounting knowledge to advise on best practices.Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations.Develop and deliver training and create documentation for users.Act as a liaison between clients and development teams for feedback and updates.Your Qualifications

Experience in accounting roles focused on financial consolidation.Technical skills with consolidation software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle HFM).Excellent command of English; French is advantageous.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.Preferred Skills
