• Assisting with classroom activities and learning

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Supporting positive behaviour and engagement

• Working alongside teachers and school staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• Teaching Assistant or school experience is desirable

• Adaptable and confident in different school environments

• Patient, caring and approachable

• Strong communication skills

• SEN experience is advantageous

• Reliable and professional
