Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Barking & Dagenham
Contract: Flexible Daily Supply & Long-Term Opportunities
Hours: Monday-Friday, Term Time Only
Pay: -93120 per day
Start: ASAP

Your Role:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Working alongside class teachers to support daily lessons and activities
• Helping pupils stay engaged and encouraging positive learning behaviours
• Supporting children with a range of additional needs where required
• Assisting with classroom routines, resources and learning activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapting quickly to different classrooms, year groups and school environments

We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Care Worker or Support Worker is desirable
• A reliable, flexible and positive approach
• Confidence working with children in a school or care environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
