Supply - Engineer- Reliability/Maintenance

Job Purpose/OverviewThis role is responsible for the development and upkeep of Birstall drawings management system ensuring that our site remains compliance to local legislative standards and good industry practices. He/she will work with Project Engineers, Reliability teams and other stakeholders to produce/update CAD drawings across multiple Engineering disciplines (Site masterplans, General arrangements and layouts, PandIDs, Piping schematics, MEP systems and others as requested).Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawingsSupport the Engineering team with layout development and revisionsCarry out factory surveys to keep the drawings to As-built statusSupport design and construction reviews as and when neededBe the key accountable person for site drawings registerCollaborate with external parties for site 3D model completeness, feedback and change managementAssist in improving existing designs and documentationWork collaboratively with engineers and production teamsJob Specifications/QualificationsKnowledge / ExperienceProven experience as a draftsperson / CAD DesignerStrong 2D and 3D CAD skills (AutoCAD or Similar)Ability to interpret engineering concepts and translate them into detailed drawingsGood understanding of how manufacturing processes workStrong attention to detailCan work in a team or group setting with stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and meet ..... full job details .....
