Inventory and Supply Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Inventory and Supply Analyst to join a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role is responsible for maintaining stock integrity across a distribution network, working closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and driving continuous improvement through data-led insights.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate stock records, including reconciliation and adjustments across all locationsManage stock and workflows within ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Coordinate inbound deliveries in partnership with 3PL providersMonitor stock health through shelf-life analysis and inventory controls (e.g., FIFO, MLOR)Oversee rework processes and sample order flowsManage invoice processing, including auditing and resolving discrepanciesCollaborate with logistics partners to optimise stock management and availabilityDevelop and deliver reporting to support operational and financial decision-makingAct as a key liaison between quality and logistics teams to resolve issuesSupport cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiencyProvide cover and support across the wider customer operations function when requiredAbout YouExperience:Educated to Degree level preferably with a placement year within a corporate setting Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with various departmentsSkills and Systems:Advanced Excel skills (essential) including V Lookups and Pivot Tables Experience with ERP systems such as ..... full job details .....
