This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a dynamic and growing business, managing supplier relationships, pricing, service performance and the day-to-day effectiveness of the supply chain. The key areas of the role of Supply Chain Manager are: -Managing and developing relationships with our extensive network of waste management suppliers -Negotiating supplier pricing and ensuring competitive buy rates are secured Reviewing supplier performance, service levels and availability -Supporting the Sales Team with pricing, quotations and tender opportunities -Working closely with Sales and Operations to ensure customer requirements can be delivered effectively -Identifying opportunities to improve supplier performance, service quality and commercial margins -Monitoring supplier costs and supporting effective margin management -Managing supplier queries, resolving service issues and ensuring appropriate follow-up -Supporting the onboarding, review and ongoing management of ..... full job details .....
