Description

• Manage end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Responsible for global supply planning, ensuring product availability across markets while optimizing inventory levels and meeting key performance targets related to stock coverage and efficiency.
• Manage partnerships with external suppliers and other key stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships while ensuring accountability in cost, service, and quality.
• Lead negotiations, evaluate supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement in delivery reliability and responsiveness.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end ordering processes with suppliers, including purchase order management, production scheduling, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with production plans and business goals.
• Proactively monitor and manage inventory across distribution centers, minimizing waste and obsolescence while maintaining an optimal balance between product availability and operational efficiency.
• Lead a team to achieve supply chain objectives and support business growth.
• Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Lead should have:

• +5 years'' experience in supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong supplier/stakeholder relationships.
• A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
