Director, Supply Chain C. £110,000 + Benefits Permanent London Hybrid For one of the UK''s leading Housing Associations, we''re recruiting their Supply Chain Director. Reporting to the CFO, this is a key leadership role leading the strategic transformation of Supply Chain management across the organisation. The Supply Chain Director will lead a central team of 4, whilst working strategically with the wider Heads of Procurement and Commercial teams to set the Supply Chain strategy, and develop, embed, and continuously improve the Supply Chain framework across 4000 suppliers and £1.5Bn spend.Main Duties:Leading and setting the strategic plan for Supply Chain, operating within a ''hub and spoke'' modelLead the development of a robust category management approach (which will be delivered by ''spokes'') to streamline vendor relationships and reduce riskDevelop Group-wide Supply Chain framework (end-to-end), ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, legislation and category managementEnsure Supply Chain framework is embedded, and subject to continuous improvementApply data and insight to inform and drive decision-making across spend landscape, supplier rationalisation, and efficiency savings across the Supply Chain frameworkUtilise data to identify and evaluate emerging Supply Chain trends, opportunities and best-practices, and drive continuous improvementLead horizon scanning for new legislation, policy and procedures, and ensure the organisation adapt in alignment with corporate ..... full job details .....
