About the Role

Sheridan Maine London is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join an established business in Basingstoke, offering a permanent, full-time position with a salary between £32,000 and £38,000 per annum. The role involves maintaining high service standards and operational excellence across logistics and supply chain activities. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, processing purchase and sales orders, and overseeing warehouse administration. The postholder will develop supply chain procedures to ensure compliance, analyse stock movements, and support import, export, and freight management. Assistance with enhancing the ERP/MRP system and preparing relevant reports is also required. This position suits a proactive, detail-oriented professional.


Sheridan Maine are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join an established business in Basingstoke.  This newly created opportunity will be maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence throughout the supply chain and logistics process.
Key duties of the role will include:

  • Monitor stock levels and accurately process purchase and sales orders 
  • Oversee the daily administration and coordination of warehouse operations
  • Maintain and develop supply chain processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Report and analyse stock movements
  • Support with logistics operations including import and export, custom legislation and freight management
  • Assist with the ongoing development and enhancement of the ERP/ MRP system
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation and information

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
  • Prior experience and knowledge of supply chain, inventory, logistics, procurement
  • Good IT skills including ERP and Excel
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
