Supply Chain Specialist Berkshire Salary DOE Permanent Position A well-established fresh produce business in Berkshire is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially aware individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for planning, forecasting, logistics, and supply chain coordination within the food sectors. The Role Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently Support production planning and stock management activities Coordinate supplier forecasts and packhouse stock reports Liaise with production, commercial, and logistics teams Maintain forecasting systems and planning data Monitor supplier documentation and compliance records Support service level reporting and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with supply chain administration and customer programme management Requirements Essential NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Production, or a related field Previous experience in supply chain administration, logistics, planning, customer service, or fresh produce operations Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Excellent organisational and communication skills Good numerical and analytical ability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK Desirable Experience within fresh produce or ..... full job details .....
