Working closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure tooling records remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready, while supporting wider business objectives around supply continuity, risk management, and operational excellence.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a procurement, purchasing, operations, or governance background who enjoys working with data, processes, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesTooling Governance andamp; Operational SupportRespond to day-to-day queries within the Supplier Tooling Management System (STMS)Validate, maintain, and update tooling records to ensure data accuracyMonitor supplier-held tooling information and proactively identify risks or discrepanciesSupport governance processes and compliance activitiesProcess andamp; DocumentationCreate, update, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)Manage governance templates, process ..... full job details .....
