Working closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure tooling records remain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready, while supporting wider business objectives around supply continuity, risk management, and operational excellence.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a procurement, purchasing, operations, or governance background who enjoys working with data, processes, and stakeholder coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesTooling Governance and Operational SupportRespond to day-to-day queries within the Supplier Tooling Management System (STMS)Validate, maintain, and update tooling records to ensure data accuracyMonitor supplier-held tooling information and proactively identify risks or discrepanciesSupport governance processes and compliance activitiesProcess and DocumentationCreate, update, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)Manage governance templates, process documentation, and ..... full job details .....
