We have an opportunity for a

Supplier Quality Engineer

to join us at Honeywell, in Redditch, where you will be a key member of the Quality team, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers'' products and processes. You will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring that our suppliers meet Honeywell''s quality standards and strategy.

This role will be 100% onsite at our Redditch location, with 15-20% UK based travel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives for supplier quality improvement to ensure alignment with Honeywell''s quality standards and drive continuous improvement.Conduct audits to evaluate supplier capabilities and identify areas needing enhancement, while assessing compliance with Honeywell''s requirements.Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues and prevent future occurrences.Monitor and analyse supplier quality metrics to uncover trends and opportunities for performance enhancement.Provide technical support to suppliers and foster strong relationships through collaboration, while also coaching and mentoring team inspectors.Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or time served apprenticeship in Engineering or a related fieldStrong background in a manufacturing or supplier quality roleStrong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOur Offer
