Expleo is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality and Development Engineer to join our client''s state-of-the-art facility, specialising in high-performance road vehicles. These contract positions, based in Surrey and inside IR35, provide an exciting opportunity to work alongside a skilled team. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal profitability outcomes.- Lead supplier and part risk assessments, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.- Report supplier progress to Purchasing and SQA Program teams, including updates on open issues, PPAP part status, and delivery forecasts.- Track and manage PPAP part approvals in line with delivery plans.- Oversee the Non-PPAP part concession process, ensuring the "Plan for Every Part" is established to support builds.- Deliver quality and capacity verification in line with targets.- Drive the resolution of major open issues, engaging Supplier Senior Management in the process.- Develop and implement improvement strategies with suppliers.
