Are you an experienced Supplier Development Engineer looking for an opportunity to drive quality improvements across a global supply chain£ This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, collaborating with suppliers to ensure the highest standards in manufacturing and production.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Developing and maintaining supplier quality management processes and procedures
• Conducting supplier audits and quality assessments in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Leading supplier corrective action processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to enhance supplier quality
• Providing technical guidance to suppliers on quality requirements and expectations
• Regularly visiting suppliers to support quality improvements (travel up to 50%)
• Creating and managing Supplier Corrective Action Requests (8D process)

What We''re Looking For:

• A degree in an engineering discipline (BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng)
• Experience in a production-related environment, ideally in quality assurance, supplier development, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with hands-on audit experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and drive results
