Supervisor - Water Mains Laying Location: South London Rate: £250-£300 per day, Dependend on experience. Contract Type: Contract, CISCarrington West is recruiting for experienced Mains-Laying Supervisors to support a busy water infrastructure programme across South London.You will be responsible for overseeing approximately three operational teams, coordinating day-to-day delivery and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with programme requirements.The RoleKey responsibilities will include: Supervising approximately three mains-laying teamsCoordinating daily site activities, labour and resourcesMonitoring works and progress against programmeMaintaining health, safety and quality standardsSupporting the Area Manager / Site Agent with deliveryConducting site briefings and monitoring safe working practicesResolving day-to-day operational issuesLiaising with site teams, subcontractors and management About You Ideally, you will have previous experience supervising water mains-laying works.Candidates from a gas mains-laying background will also be considered, where they have relevant experience supervising utility works and operational teams.You should have: Water or gas mains-laying experiencePrevious experience supervising utility teamsExperience managing multiple gangs or operational teamsStrong health and safety knowledgeGood organisational and communication skillsAbility to coordinate works across multiple sites This is a long-term contract opportunity. ..... full job details .....
