This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring that repair and maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction.You will be responsible for supervising operatives on-site, coordinating daily workloads, and ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety requirements, service standards, and agreed timeframes.
