Electrical Supervisor

We''re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team, overseeing commercial electrical projects and temporary electrical installations across the Thames Valley and West London.

This is a hybrid role combining site supervision, office-based planning, and remote working. You''ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

The Role

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise commercial electrical installations across multiple sites.
• Manage temporary electrical installations, including site power, distribution, generators, and temporary lighting.
• Coordinate electricians and subcontractors.
• Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations.
• Plan works, manage programmes, and liaise with clients and project managers.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handovers.

Electrical Supervisor Essential:

• Proven experience supervising commercial electrical projects.
• Strong background in temporary electrical installations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• ECS Gold Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
• Experience working on live construction sites and fast-paced commercial environments.
• First Aid at Work certification.
