Groundworks Foreman / Supervisor Required – Sudbury

We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Foreman / Supervisor for a groundworks project in Sudbury.

This is a long-term freelance position with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience in Groundworks and S278 works, including drainage, paving, and kerbing.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Foreman or Supervisor.
• A valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification and EUSR Cat 1 & 2.
• A valid First Aid certificate.
• Experience using online QA documentation systems.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures.
• Experience delivering toolbox talks and task briefings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
