This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an efficient, customer-focused responsive repairs service across our homes.About the RoleReporting to the Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for supervising repairs and maintenance works across our housing stock, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.You will lead and support a team of operatives, apprentices, and subcontractors, providing day-to-day supervision, performance management, coaching and technical guidance. You''ll work closely with colleagues across Property Services to ensure resources are effectively planned and customer expectations are consistently met.
