SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Must be eligible for SC ClearanceSAP SuccessFactors Senior Employee Central Consultant required for a long-term contract in a hybrid working environment supporting a major UK programme. Long-term contract | Hybrid working (Tues - Thurs on site in Lancashire)| BPSS + SC Clearance required Key Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and strong knowledge of HR business processes. Proven experience working closely with clients to identify HR challenges, analyse requirements and deliver effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide and support other SuccessFactors consultants. Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as Time Off, RCM/ONB, ECP or Compensation and integrations with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous. Knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations and data replication to SAP systems preferred. Experience delivering in ADM environments with a solid understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation desirable).
