We''re recruiting for an experienced SuccessFactors Senior Employee Central Consultant to join a leading consultancy, delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programmes for high-profile UK organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in complex HR transformation projects, working with global delivery teams and helping clients maximise the value of their SuccessFactors investment. What you''ll be doing Leading the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. Configuring Employee Central and supporting integrations. Advising clients on SAP SuccessFactors best practice, roadmap and innovation. Managing business process design and HR transformation activities. Leading cross-functional teams across large, global programmes. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver successful outcomes. Supporting pre-sales activities, RFP responses and solution demonstrations. Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice. What we''re looking for Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. Proven experience configuring Employee Central and designing integrations. Experience leading large, multi-stream implementation projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Previous experience supporting pre-sales, workshops or client demonstrations. Knowledge of supporting technologies such as Qualtrics and SAP WorkZone would be ..... full job details .....
