We''re seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our collaborative team in this rewarding and challenging role within a live MOD facility. What will you be responsible for? As a Sub Agent, you''ll be working within the Royal Dockyard team, supporting them in delivering this important project. Your day to day will include: Leading, supervising and mentoring team members whilst maintaining high personal standards in health, safety and environmental practices Monitoring and recording delivery against agreed programmes, identifying challenges and creating solutions to minimise impacts Managing resources effectively including labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery Communicating effectively with site management, technical specialists, planners, engineers, suppliers and client representatives Reviewing ..... full job details .....
