Sub Agent

Eligibility criteria: Many positions within the project are subject to national security clearance restrictions. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by your place of birth, nationality, current or former citizenship, and any residency you hold or have held. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination / Delivery • Leading, supervising and mentoring your reportees and other team members. • Monitoring and recording delivery against the agreed programme and construction methods, identifying shortfalls and devising mitigation to minimise programme impacts. • Managing the engineering team and subcontractors to ensure that works are accurately and clearly set out before work commences. • Reviewing the daily diary records under your supervision to ensure a high standard of record keeping is being maintained. Communication with Stakeholders / Leadership • Communicating effectively at all levels including site management, technical specialists, commercial staff, planners, engineers, supervisory staff operatives, suppliers, third parties and client representatives. • Maintaining good working relations with client, delivery teams, support teams, supply chain and others. • Review with the agent regularly the performance, development and training needs of subordinate staff, including underperformance or potential resignations. • Communicate with general foreman to ensure adequate work preparation and resources availability.
