Sub Agent - Lower Thames Crossing (Pre-Construction) Location: Lower Thames Crossing Rate: 500- 530 per day (Inside IR35 - PAYE Umbrella) Contract: 3 months Start: ASAP We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support pre-construction activities on the prestigious Lower Thames Crossing project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a major UK infrastructure scheme at an early stage.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning, coordination, and delivery of pre-construction and early works packagesMaintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing in line with project proceduresProduce and review Works Package Plans, ITPs, and subcontractor documentationAssist in programme management, progress tracking, and short-term planning activitiesLiaise with subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project deliverySupport quality assurance, environmental compliance, and carbon reduction initiativesContribute to procurement processes, including scopes, requisitions, and supplier coordinationAssist with cost control, reporting, and resource managementSupport design coordination, RFIs, and change managementProvide leadership and mentoring to engineers and junior staffRequirementsProven experience as a Sub Agent on major civil engineering or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of NEC3/NEC4 contractsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEssential ..... full job details .....
