Sub Agent

Our client is a major tier 1 contractor delivering works on a flagshi HS2 project in North West London. They are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the delivery of the Utilities and Highways Package.The RoleAs Sub Agent, you will take ownership of key sections of work, ensuring safe, efficient and successful delivery of highways, utilities and civil engineering packages, while managing programme, quality and commercial performance.ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of highways, utilities and civil engineering works from start to completion.Lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site.Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.Drive short-term planning and programme management activities.Manage subcontractor performance and site coordination.Produce progress reports, forecasts and project updates.Support commercial management, change control and NEC contract administration.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements and HSEQ standards.RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Sub Agent on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.Strong background in highways, utilities, drainage, structures or heavy civils.Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.Good understanding of NEC contracts.Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Previous Tier 1 contractor or major project experience preferred.What''s on OfferOpportunity to work on a flagship HS2 ..... full job details .....
