Are you an experienced Sub Agent or Section Engineer with a strong background in rail civil engineering projects? Do you have strong technical, design assurance and programming experience, and are you looking to take the next step towards project management? Location: Essex, with travel to other sites as required Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + approximately £6,000 car allowance or company car Benefits: Approximately £6,000 car allowance or company car Fuel card provided with either the car allowance or company car 21 days'' annual leave Optional private healthcare Night and weekend work paid at 1.5 times the standard rate Travel outside of the primary work location expensed Ongoing training and support Role Overview: My client is looking to appoint a Sub Agent to join their growing rail civils team, initially supporting the delivery of works at a Station in Essex. The role is a hybrid position combining site management responsibilities with technical engineering, design assurance and programming duties. This is not a setting-out role and would suit an experienced Section Engineer looking to step up, or an established Sub Agent who is comfortable combining technical responsibilities with the day-to-day management of works.
