Job Title: Sub Agent – Airport Surfacing Programme

Location: Oxfordshire + Yeovil

Contract Duration: 12 Months+

Rate: £500 Umbrella PAYE

Carmichael UK is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Sub Agent to join our client on an airport surfacing programme in Oxfordshire and Yeovil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the surfacing works, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports, progress claims, and other documentation as required.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Assist in the management of budgets and resources effectively.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sub Agent within civil engineering projects, specifically in paving and airport works.
• Strong knowledge of AGL systems and other relevant airport engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications in health, safety, and civil engineering.
