Sub Agent Infrastructure and Framework DeliveryWe are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially aware Sub Agent to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects operating under regulated frameworks, predominantly across the transport and public infrastructure sectors.Working closely with the Principal Contractor, subcontractors and wider supply chain, you will help oversee contractual obligations, coordinate site activities and maintain strong standards of safety, quality and performance. The role will involve balancing commercial responsibilities with operational delivery, ensuring projects progress efficiently and in accordance with client, contractual and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSubcontract and Commercial Management• Oversee the administration of subcontract agreements and supply chain contracts, ensuring alignment with relevant framework requirements and contractual terms.• Represent the business in day-to-day contractual and operational discussions with subcontractors and supply chain partners.• Assist with commercial negotiations covering work scopes, agreed rates, variations and changes to contract requirements.• Track subcontractor performance against agreed programmes, key performance indicators, financial budgets and compliance obligations.• Compile and manage valuations, applications for payment, commercial claims and associated contractual correspondence.Project Delivery and Site Coordination• Manage and coordinate ..... full job details .....
