Randstad Student Support is recruiting qualified Specialist Study Skills Support Workers to deliver tailored, one-to-one academic support to university and college students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs) across Scotland. This hybrid role offers exceptional flexibility, combining online delivery with essential face-to-face sessions on local campuses to suit student needs. About the Role As a Specialist Study Skills Support Worker, you will deliver individualised learning support designed to foster confidence and long-term academic independence. You will work with students to: Develop Academic Independence: Assist with organisation, time management, and personalised action plans. Enhance Learning Strategies: Help students leverage their unique strengths and adapt tailored study methods. Strengthen Research and Writing: Guide students in source critical analysis, proper referencing, academic comprehension, and structured writing techniques.
