This hybrid position offers complete schedule control, blending online sessions with essential face-to-face support on local campuses to meet individual student preferences. About the Role As an ASC Study Skills Tutor, you will deliver individualised, neurodiversity-affirming academic guidance to help students develop confidence and long-term learning independence. You will collaborate with students to: Foster Academic Independence: Develop tailored strategies for workload organisation, time management, and goal-setting. Enhance Study and Research Strategies: Guide students through critical source evaluation, referencing standards, comprehension, and structured academic writing. Capitalise on Strengths: Identify individual learning preferences and build executive functioning strategies to keep studies on track. Provide Professional Support: Maintain confidentiality, manage your caseload efficiently, and communicate proactively with Randstad to safeguard student well-being.
