Join Our Team as a Student Hub Administrator!
Are you passionate about providing exceptional service to students and creating a welcoming environment? Our client is looking for a dedicated Student Hub Administrator to join their vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the student experience!
Start ASAP, pay -21.13ph, hours Monday-Friday 35 hours per week, hybrid working- 4 days in the office with one day WFH, for the first 2 weeks the client will require the candidate to be in the office all 5 days due to training, duration until end of October 2026, location South Kensington.
About the Role:
As a Student Hub Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to students and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Handle queries from students, parents, and other stakeholders with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Triage and resolve issues across various aspects of student life academic, social and welfare related.
Administrative Support:
- Process student tuition fee and accommodation payments.
- Maintain accurate records in their enquiry management system.
- Collaborate with specialist teams to escalate complex queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Student Engagement:
- Provide guidance and support to students, particularly those who may be anxious or facing challenges.
- Manage and promote the Student Hub spaces, ensuring they remain welcoming and informative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve student queries in a timely manner, adhering to service level agreements.
- Accurately manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Support the university''s Visa Compliance Team with necessary checks.
- Assist with general university duties and events as needed.
What You''ll Bring:
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a student-focused environment.
- A track record of providing responsive, customer-oriented service, both in person and through electronic mediums.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
- Exceptional organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various IT systems.
