Student Experience Officer

The Student Experience Officer position at Kaplan Higher Education UK sits within the Student Services department alongside our Student Support, Disability Support and Study Skills teams. The central objective of the role is to enhance the student experience for those students studying a University of Essex Online programme throughout their entire learning journey in support of their progression, retention and student satisfaction. Particular consideration is given to developing a sense of belonging and community and working in partnership with students, ensuring that the student voice is heard and the feedback loop is closed. You will ensure service excellence is maintained across an expanding portfolio of programmes and a growing student population through effective liaison and collaboration with a wide range of internal staff and partner colleagues. You will collate and review student survey data, coordinate recruitment and training of all student representative roles, manage the administration of meetings, oversee student engagement via online forums, and ensure that students have access to relevant and current careers resources.
