Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDeliver weekly group tutorials covering pastoral themes, safeguarding, social action, study skills, and career preparation.Manage an average caseload of 15 tutorial groups (approximately 300 students).Conduct individual 1-to-1 mentoring sessions to set SMART targets and track progress throughout the academic year.Lead attendance and behaviour interventions in collaboration with curriculum teams, parents/carers, and external agencies.Monitor vulnerable student cohorts, signposting individuals to internal wellbeing or safeguarding teams when necessary.Guide students through UCAS applications, personal statements, work experience tracking, and Gatsby benchmark initiatives. ..... full job details .....
