You will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects, working closely with architects, clients and contractors in a collaborative studio environment. The practice encourages engineers to broaden their experience across multiple sectors, supported by clear progression routes and close mentorship from senior staff. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years'' structural engineering experience, strong technical skills and confidence managing projects from concept through construction. Experience across a range of materials and an interest in sustainable, low-carbon design are essential. Candidates will be chartered or working towards chartership with ICE or IStructE.
