Kolt Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Strip Fitter to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Edgware. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a career with a reputable company in the automotive repair industry. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out strip fitting in a range of vehicles to a high standard. Removing and refitting panels, trims, mechanical, and electrical components as required. Working alongside panel beaters, painters, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow. Following manufacturer and company guidelines to maintain quality and safety. Conducting work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising standards. Requirements: Qualified / time-served Strip Fitter with proven experience in an accident repair or bodyshop environment. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrics. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality repairs. Full UK driving licence.
