Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Strip and Fit / MET Technician to join a busy Accident Repair Centre in Chelmsford. This is a great opportunity for a skilled individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality repair work. Responsibilities Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) repairs as well as full vehicle strip and refit. Diagnose faults and complete repairs using the latest tools and technology. Ensure all work meets manufacturer, insurer, and industry standards. Work efficiently to achieve deadlines without compromising on quality. Follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines. Experience Proven experience as a Strip and Fit / MET Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair setting. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification desirable but not essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good communication skills and a team-player mindset. Full UK driving licence.
