Strategic Asset Manager

We are currently partnering with a leading supported housing organisation, based in Exeter, who are recruiting for a Strategic Asset Appraisal Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis. Our client is going through an exciting transition period, and is one of the leading housing providers in the South West. This is a full-time position with a salary of £51,000 - £56,000 per annum (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Leading the strategic appraisal of individual properties, schemes, estates and land assets to inform investment, regeneration and disposal decisions Analysing asset performance data, property condition information, financial metrics and housing demand trends to identify opportunities and risks across the portfolio Developing robust business cases and option appraisals for investment, redevelopment, repurposing, regeneration and asset disposal programmes Working collaboratively with Development, Regeneration, Housing Management and Asset teams to support long-term asset and development strategies Reviewing property performance against financial, operational, sustainability, regulatory and social value objectives to maximise return on investment Driving continuous improvement in asset appraisal processes, utilising data, technology and automation to improve decision-making and efficiency Building and maintaining effective relationships with local authorities, strategic ..... full job details .....
