You’ll work hand-in-hand with Tilt’s founders and Finance Lead to tackle our biggest financial challenges and fuel our growth. This is a hands-on role with real impact. You’ll shape the financial engine that drives Tilt forward.You thrive in chaos, move fast, and find creative solutions. From deep data dives to leading strategic projects to high-stakes boardroom discussions, you’ll be across it all.As the connective tissue of our finance function, you’ll own the processes that keep our financials sharp and scalable: month-end, management accounts, investor reporting, tax ops.We’re looking for someone hungry, driven, and ready to reimagine the future of fashion. 0-3 monthsPrepare documentation for VAT, payroll, RandD tax claims, and other compliance filingsUse spreadsheets—SQL or Python—to streamline and automate finance workflowsContribute to equity operations: cap table review, option grants, EMI adminContribute to finance process improvements across reporting, controls, and toolingSupport investor reporting and compliance (HMRC, Companies House)Dig deep into large financial datasets to find critical insightsPrepare journal entries, trial balances, and support preparation of financial statements3-6 monthsAct as an extension of the Finance Lead to facilitate financial decision-making and communicationSupport cash flow forecasting and long-term scenario planningLead month-end close: accruals, prepayments, AP/AR and variance analysisOwn implementation and communication of department-level budgets and spending visibility across the businessWho You Are

Experience in high-output, fast-paced environmentsExperience in a finance and/or strategy role (Start-up, Consulting, Investment Banking and MandA background preferred)Understanding of management accounting (month-end reporting, journal posting) and financial reporting (trial balances, financial statements and accounting principles)Must be analytical: capable of writing SQL, analyzing data and drawing conclusions from large datasetsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal hand-holdingComfortable with ambiguity and thrives in chaotic, evolving situationsWhy Tilt
