We embrace diversity and believe in treating everyone equally to ensure that everyone has the same opportunities to grow, develop and progress in their careers.Job DescriptionPortico has begun the search for an Office and Operations Manager to oversee our small team based at a Law Firm in the City.The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of our client’s office, managing a team of 2 Receptionists and 1 Team Leader, as well as hospitality services, meeting rooms VMS, projects, and internal events.The successful Office and Operations Manager will also assist the client onsite with additional duties as required, such as supporting regional offices.This role is highly visible, and it is crucial for the new Office and Operations Manager to maintain strong relationships and standards with both the client and the team.Hours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £50,000QualificationsIt is essential that the candidate has previous experience managing a reception operation within a corporate environment. Extensive knowledge of corporate hospitality operations and client management is also required.The candidate should be outgoing, friendly, and passionate about customer service.
