Our client, a fast growing UK-based third-party logistics provider specializing in e-commerce and offering end-to-end order fulfillment, including warehousing, pick and pack, and global shipping are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join their team based in Wrexham. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, commercial strategy, and operational collaboration - acting as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, revenue retention, and growth across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable building trust at a personal level with client stakeholders as they are negotiating contract terms and shaping commercial frameworks.
