Strategic Account Manager

Our client is a leading marketing and communications company with a global reach. We re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding results. You ll work across several high-profile public sector accounts, taking ownership of key relationships and ensuring your team consistently delivers excellence. What you ll do Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering business-as-usual projects and driving new initiatives. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication. Identify commercial opportunities, introduce new service lines, and deliver agreed forecasts and targets. Manage workflow across Creative, Digital, Studio, and Production teams. Prepare reports, reviews, and contractual management information. Lead and develop your account team, sharing best practice and supporting professional growth. What we re looking for Strong account management experience, ideally in the public sector. Background in print production or direct mail is highly desirable. Knowledge of official publishing is a plus. Skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering on commercial targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Financial acumen from forecasting to budget reconciliation. A collaborative leader who can inspire teams and drive results. Why join us?
