We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and delivering outstanding results. You’ll work across several high-profile public sector accounts, taking ownership of key relationships and ensuring your team consistently delivers excellence.
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering business-as-usual projects and driving new initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular meetings and proactive communication.
- Identify commercial opportunities, introduce new service lines, and deliver agreed forecasts and targets.
- Manage workflow across Creative, Digital, Studio, and Production teams.
- Prepare reports, reviews, and contractual management information.
- Lead and develop your account team, sharing best practice and supporting professional growth.
- Strong account management experience, ideally in the public sector.
- Background in print production or direct mail is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of official publishing is a plus.
- Skilled at identifying opportunities and delivering on commercial targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen — from forecasting to budget reconciliation.
