Stores Operative required in Tewkesbury, working within a busy manufacturing environment. Full-time, 39 hours per week, offering a permanent opportunity with a pay rate of 12.75 - 13.50 per hour, dependent on experience. The Role Working as a Stores Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing and issuing materials and components, ensuring stock records remain accurate and production teams have the materials they need when required. Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload and safely handle incoming deliveriesCheck deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentationInspect goods for damage, defects or discrepancies and report any issuesAccurately book goods into stock using inventory or ERP systemsStore, label and organise materials to ensure traceability and easy retrievalIssue materials and consumables to production teams accurately and on timeMaintain accurate stock records and inventory dataCarry out stock checks and assist with stock take activitiesMonitor stock rotation and shelf-life requirements where applicableMaintain a ..... full job details .....
