We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our GDK store in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our store. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and quality, you will be the cornerstone of our operations.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.Contribute to the achievement of store targets including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in fast food or restaurant management.Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Customer Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Operational Excellence: Ability to maintain high operational standards under pressure.Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, with potential to grow into a multi-store management role.Why Join GDK?
