Overview

Store Manager Newbie Ealing Broadway at Kappahl Group. The position is for a new store opening mid November 2025 in The Broadway Shopping Centre, Ealing Broadway, London W5. 40 hours per week. Starting mid to end October 2025.Responsibilities

Ensure the store is run in the best possible way and achieves sales goals.Hold overall responsibility for all store functions, including staff management, scheduling, recruitment, planning and leading changes in work routines according to the company framework for chain operation.Provide coaching and feedback to employees to support development and performance.Maintain high standards of store presentation, interior design/visual merchandising, and merchandise condition.Qualifications

Previous experience as a leader in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.Post-secondary education in commerce, economics or leadership is a strong merit.Sense of interior design/visual merchandising and strong organizational skills.Commercial acumen with knowledge of sales KPIs.Ability to delegate, train and coach with succession planning in mind.Commercially oriented, with a passion for sales and customer service and the ability to create an uplifting shopping experience.Social, outgoing, and capable of leading others to joint development; team-focused and solutions-oriented.Must be 18 years of age or older.Knowledge of local marketing, events, social media awareness and influencer understanding is meritorious.Job details
