Empower your team to deliver great service, personally promoting the Co-op difference to customers and membersBuild an inclusive culture where everyone can speak up and share their viewsDevelop your team through regular performance conversations to help them reach their potentialMake sure the store is safe, legal and operationalManage and optimise your store’s commercial performance, recruit new team members and manage HR processesQualifications / Requirements
Experience of guiding and developing a team and working in a busy, service-focused environmentGood communication skills, and the ability to coach, motivate and inspire your teamResilience and great problem solving skillsThe ability to understand and analyse commercial informationWillingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team with delivery of store activitiesBenefits
