As Store Manager, you''ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, developing your team, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You''ll bring energy, leadership, and a deep understanding of retail operations to one of our most important locations.

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to achieve sales and service targets

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience

• Ensure operational excellence, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance

• Analyse store performance and implement action plans to drive growth

• Be a brand ambassador both in-store and in the wider community

• Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands

• Commercially driven with a strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics

• Inspirational leadership style with a focus on coaching and development

• Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service

• Highly organised and confident in managing store operations
