What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting the business with day-to-day retail operations and performance
• Leading a passionate retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Driving store KPIs including sales, ATV, conversion and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
• Helping build community connections and support local engagement
• Supporting training, coaching and recruitment of the team

What we''re looking for:

• Experience as a Store Manager within a retail fashion, footwear or accessory setting
