You’ll be responsible for maintaining accuracy across our inventory systems, supporting day-to-day operational processes, and collaborating closely with retail and HQ teams to deliver seamless service.About You:Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain stock records, ensuring accuracy across systems and physical inventory.Support the coordination of deliveries, transfers, and returns between warehouses, boutiques, and partners.Monitor stock levels and provide reports to identify trends, shortages, or discrepancies.Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient operations.Provide administrative support across the operations team, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting.Support compliance with internal procedures and brand standards.Work cross-functionally with retail, merchandising, and finance teams to optimise workflows.Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within retail, fashion, or luxury.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy.A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.Passionate about luxury lifestyle and committed to delivering excellence in every detail.Job Details
